One of the benefits of a custom home is that it can be designed to suit the lot it is to be built on. By evaluating your lot at the very beginning of the design process, we are able to design a home that takes advantage of the best features of the lot, while minimizing the effect of any less desirable features. If your lot has views of particular interest, such as waterfront, we will try to get a high lift onto the lot so we can see the views from different "rooms" before starting the design.
At the initial design stage, after reviewing your lot, we will generate a number of conceptual plans based on our discussions with you. These plans are in no way intended to be a final design. They are purely to get the creative juices flowing and open up more detailed discussion. Once we have a concept you are happy with, we will start the detailed architectural and interior design, including a detailed, fully rotatable, computerized 3D exterior model.
