Brandon and Graham, I wanted to send you a letter to express to you what an absolutely wonderful job you had done renovating my brother's house. When choosing a contractor, I knew I had to take so many issues into consideration. I needed someone I could trust considering I lived 1500 miles away from the site and having to be thrown into an executor position to handle the house, I needed someone with compassion who could handle my sometimes irrational behavior. On both levels you came through with flying colors. And this was no ordinary house. The fact that my brother was a contractor as well as an artist, this house was built with a keen eye for detail and style. I can honestly say that you rebuilt the house to look better then it was before, and it looked spectacular. Never once did I doubt any of your decisions or question your motives. People constantly talk about all the horror stories when working with contractors. My brother even wrote a book called "Avoiding the Money Pit" explaining how not to ripped off by your contractor. You did everything you promised you would and then some. You completed the job with perfection and right on time. I can not thank you enough for getting me through such a challenging time. I would highly recommend Boss & Mennie to anyone needing a contractor. You're the best!

Our street has certainly seen its share of construction over the past 10 years, so when it was announced that the “Showcase Home” was going to be built across the street from us, we were less than thrilled. The thought of 2+ years of loud noise, a dirty construction site and possible flat tires was unappealing. To our surprise, we were wrong. From day one we knew that this was not the “ordinary” home builder. The owners, Brandon and Graham were hands on throughout the entire project, and they were done in just 10 months! Initially, when they were trying to excavate the underground water, the noise was quite unruly. So, in order to please neighbors, they invested in this high tech noise barrier system. It worked! They were also very neat. Not only did they clean the construction area each evening, but they also cleaned the street of any debris or trash. They treated the neighborhood as it was their own. Their professionalism of their business was displayed not only in the quality of the craftsmanship of this beautiful home, but in their community awareness. It was a pleasure to get to know these men and their talent. I would choose Boss and Mennie to increase our real estate value anytime!
